Immigo “Step Can Start” Notifications Webinar – Recording Available Here

On Thursday 16 May we hosted a training webinar for our clients on “Step Can Start” notifications in Immigo.  View a recording of the webinar below – and let us know if you have any questions!

Webinar Summary

Intelligently manage the workflow in your case via a “Step Can Start” task notification. This notification allows you to update the step status with one click and create ongoing and automatically re-generating task lists – every time you mark one task off as “finished”, Immigo will set you a new task for the next step in the immigration process. The webinar was hosted by Maude Burger-Smith, Regional Immigration Manager with Peregrine Immigration Management Ltd, who is based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Immigo Template Process Webinar – Recording Available Here

On Tuesday 24 May we hosted a training webinar for our clients on creating template processes in Immigo.  View a recording of the webinar below – and let us know if you have any questions!

Webinar Summary

If you often handle Case process types that aren’t available in Immiguru – like renewals or de-registrations – you can build your own Template Case exactly how you want it to be – adding process steps, timing, documents – even home/host company, suppliers and fees.

Once you’ve got a Template, you can open new Cases and copy all the Template details across – so all those process steps, document lists and timing you’ve created will be imported into your new Case.

You can also use Templates to make Templates. So, if you handle many Case types that are somewhat similar but that have variations (for example, business visas for China which may be from various home countries and so which have slightly different consular requirements), you can use your first “Chinese Business Visa” Template to make multiple, varied Chinese business visa templates for assignees coming from various different home locations.

Immigo Notifications Webinar – Recording Available Here

On Tuesday 16 February we hosted a training webinar for our Immigo clients on “Notifications – types, triggers and usage”.

Webinar Summary

The Notifications module in Immigo allows you to create and send Notifications (Messages, Tasks and Reminders) to yourself, your colleagues or to other Immigo Users (i.e. Applicants, HR contacts and/or Suppliers). You can use this function to send secure Messages, create interactive and intelligent Task Lists, set Reminders for recurrent events, and more.

You can send individual Notifications to people on a case by case basis, as and when needed; and you can also use “Notification Factories” to set up automatic Notifications about many things (for example, if you want to set a Notification for a particular consultant on ALL document expiry dates for a particular client or clients).

The webinar was hosted by Maude Burger-Smith, Regional Immigration Manager with Peregrine Immigration Management Ltd, who is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
