SOUTH AFRICA – Significant Changes to South Africa’s Immigration Laws Anticipated by March 2019

On July 28, the Minister of the Department of Home Affairs released the final White Paper on International Migration. The new White Paper provides a policy framework that will guide a comprehensive review of immigration and related legislation.
