Peregrine’s Managing Director, Sophy King, will be moderating a panel discussion at the Business Travel Show on Wednesday 22 February 2017, from 16:00 to 17:00, at Olympia in London.

Alongside our sister companies, CIBT and Newland Chase, Sophy will lead a panel-led discussion on the topic of business travel compliance and how travel managers and HR can work together to achieve this.

Business travellers, who often need to travel at short notice for business critical reasons, may look to use the fastest means of securing a visa rather than the most compliant. How can we balance the needs of the business, the traveller, HR and travel managers to act in everyone’s best interests? How do we ensure travellers have the right documents for travel but can still be where they need to be when they need to be?

Travelling with the wrong paperwork or visa can be damaging, not only for the traveller who may be detained, deported, or fined but also for the business with the possible irrevocable tarnishing of reputation, significant fines and additional scrutiny of all future visa applications for that organisation.
